傳統做法，夠味有甜，微酸，鱔魚有嫩有脆，可是有一點點沒扒到醬料的原始魚味。
比市中心半數以上(或許更多)還優。

麻油腰子鮮脆好吃，但麻油味稍不足。生炒花枝新鮮，鑊氣十足調味夠。鱔魚米粉羹和鱔魚炒意麵都太甜但還蠻好吃，鱔魚只有4片QAQ。
其餘餐食也不錯，豬肝湯好喝又嫩，炒青菜也好吃。
整體份量偏少，但食材新鮮，料理美味。
The environment in the old shop is clean and air-conditioned, and the serving speed is fast.
The kidneys with sesame oil are crispy and delicious, but the sesame oil flavor is not enough. The raw fried flower branches are fresh, and the wok is full of air and seasoning. The eel rice noodle soup and the eel fried pasta are too sweet but they are quite delicious. The eel only has 4 slices of QAQ.
The rest of the meals are also good, the pork liver soup is delicious and tender, and the fried vegetables are also delicious.
The overall portion is small, but the ingredients are fresh and the cuisine is delicious.
