一雙手收錢後也沒有做清潔,而是再將壓板放進盒子防風吹走,再把食物放到盒子裡,這樣食物不是多少都殘留紙幣上的細菌病毒了嗎?
壓板的部分要防風我能理解,但是應該還有更衛生的方式。
但不能理解的是老闆向比我早來的客人說:「不好意思會把先做好的章魚燒給她,因為她不要放壓板,這樣風會吹走。」
看得出來客人不認識老闆,我們兩個眼神交會都一臉懵。
然後裝好我的先放旁邊,再裝了一盒給那位客人,最後結帳還是先讓那位客人先結了,我則是在一旁多等5分鐘。
先後順序根本沒有影響到,她先取餐也是應該的,但是為什麼要跟另一位客人抱怨情緒呢?
做餐飲服務不是基本,但是衛生是基本不是嗎?
