★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大樓外觀中規中矩，內部格局方正，而且每一間房或廁所都有窗戶，公共設施比較多，有游泳池、兒童遊戲間、鋼琴房、KTV、視聽電影院、滿多坐位的交誼廳等、健身房、閱覽室等，每天都可以看見清潔人員細心打掃，垃圾分類妥當，還有壓縮的垃圾機，覺得住在這滿好的。
只是公共用電就⋯⋯要付滿多錢的。

除了物業管理人員不錯之外，基本上想不到優點，完全不知道其他好評怎麼來的。

The ventilation in the bathroom seems to be interoperable, and I often smell the smoke of other households and hear the singing of the neighbors when they take a bath. Fume from other homes will float in through the back balcony. There is no airtight window, and outside sounds can be heard. Some households are worried about their standard, but they don’t know what to buy online, and how many people are in the family. They don’t respect privacy at all. Decorators will move household locomotives randomly. It was so thunderous.
In addition to the good property management staff, I basically can't think of the advantages, and I don't know how the other praises come from.
