★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 原本是給5顆星滿分,但最近發生一些事情,讓我感受滿差的,所以再次上來更新評論。
1.離過年還有兩個禮拜前,我就有詢問櫃檯人員,洗髮卡能使用到何時?當時櫃檯表示過年期間才不能使用,結果我在除夕前一個禮拜去洗頭,本來要先打電話預約,他們說現在不能電話預約,到現場之後,帶位人員又說現在不能用洗髮卡,也不能用一般洗,只能用健康洗(平常都是$200),當下雖然有點無言但也不想為難人家,結果結帳時和我收$250,而且店員完全都沒有提到漲價的事情。
2.最近一次過去消費,完全沒有人講歡迎光臨,也沒有人過來帶位(以前去都會,而且喊歡迎光臨喊得很勤),櫃檯人員在幫另一位太太結帳,正忙著推銷洗髮卡,但他連正眼都沒有瞧我一眼,我當時就站在那位太太後面,站了至少一分多鐘,期間幾位資深店員在我面前走來走去,也都沒有人主動上前,後來才由另一位在幫其他顧客服務的女店員說旁邊稍坐一下。
入座後,我明確的和店員說我要洗$99的一般洗,還有加$20潤絲,結果結帳時和我收$170,然後才說因為今天是假日所以恢復原價,然後又開始推銷洗髮卡,當下我抱怨了兩次怎麼都沒先講,店員才和我道歉。
我覺得服務業真的都很辛苦,不需要任何事情都拿著放大鏡去檢視,這間店雖然是真的很會推銷,但我覺得店員也有自己的業績壓力,所以也不需太過苛責,之前店員幫我吹頭髮時,還不小心把我的頭髮卡在吹風機,弄很久弄不出來,我也是叫她直接剪掉就好,還有次洗頭泡沫整坨掉在我身上,我也是說擦乾淨就好。但尊重這種事情真的是互相的,以上事件不是想針對誰,所以我也不想寫出性別和長相,但是這些小事慢慢累積起來,就會變成讓客人不願再踏入這間店的理由。

每位店員服務態度都很好,而且人力很足夠,通常都不需要等太久,除非剛好那天客人很多才會需要等一下(有次等了大概十~十五分鐘,裡面的店員一直和我們說抱歉?),因為就在我家樓下,從開幕時就常常過去光顧,服務品質一直都很不錯,個人推薦3號/7號/10號設計師,雖然我通常不指定,但之前被這幾位服務過感覺都不錯,希望繼續加油???

2. The last time I used to make a purchase, no one said welcome, and no one came to take a seat (I used to go to the Metropolis, and the call to welcome was very diligent), the counter staff was helping another wife to checkout and was busy selling The shampoo card, but he didn't even look at me. I was standing behind the lady for at least a minute. During this period, several senior shop assistants walked around in front of me, and no one took the initiative. I stepped forward, and then another female clerk who was helping other customers said to sit next to me for a while.
After I was seated, I clearly told the clerk that I would like a $99 regular shampoo, plus an extra $20 conditioner, and I was charged $170 at the checkout, and then said that it was a holiday, so the original price was restored, and then I started selling shampoo again.
