★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 清燉牛肉麵味道很好，刀削麵Q彈美味，但加點的滷味有點過於軟爛。店內整潔明亮，用餐過程相當愉快。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奉勸各位點這家外送前三思：我於5/24日晚上從foodpanda叫了一碗紅燒牛肉麵（沒有肉）一杯凍檸茶，結果粗麵就六條、青江菜兩片、湯大概只裝到紙碗的1/3而已，而這樣加外送費竟要價$203，吃完一肚子火，還請各位多多參考。
I advise you to think twice before ordering this delivery: I ordered a bowl of braised beef noodles (without meat) from foodpanda on the evening of 5/24 and a cup of frozen lemon tea. It is only 1/3 of the size of the paper bowl, and the price is $203 plus the delivery fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯頭喝的出是用心熬的，湯好就不需要懷疑麵條的品質了！小菜雖然不多但樣樣到味！店家成員為年輕夫妻外加襁褓中baby，有一種回家用餐的感受⋯⋯有來台南的朋友可以試看看！
The soup is boiled with heart. If the soup is good, there is no need to doubt the quality of the noodles! Although there are not many side dishes, everything tastes good! The members of the store are young couples plus a baby in swaddling, there is a feeling of going home for dinner... Friends who come to Tainan can try it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 單就牛肉麵來評論，價格方面比起台南這裡其他牛肉麵小貴一點，麵條份量較少但是口感和勁度算是前段班就麵的使用上很值得讚許。不過附上一半的蛋就真有點奇妙，主要是蛋要說是糖心蛋卻又過熟糖心程度過熟，加上個人食用時出現蛋白凍後出現的水分流失和解凍後會出現的空洞和硬柴感，反而扣分了，牛肉湯煮得真是不錯，在台南這裡可以排前頭，雖是紅燒湯頭但口味卻比其他家清淡，配上微淡的醬味和中藥味，一開始雖不同於許多店家的香味明顯但一入口卻是會讓你喝到見底，加上不油膩看得出在湯方面店家格外用心。牛三寶除了較油外真的也很了不起，牛筋保留了Q彈咬勁但又久嚼即化，牛肉軟香又不過爛，牛肚更可說是台南這裡最頂的軟嫩之外卻又保留部分的嚼勁真是令人眼睛一亮。
滷味方面材料不錯但價格就真的偏高味道也較沒特殊性，不推。
小菜的小黃瓜爽脆度真是不錯但調味方面個人認為小輸意麵之家，但總體還算可以。
結論：若單就牛肉麵真是很值得光顧的店家，環境也舒適，而且走較為清淡的路線，想輕鬆愜意品嚐或認為一般牛肉麵太重味的，這裡是很不錯的選擇。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是外帶牛肉麵，回到家後不得不說老闆的用心，對外食族來說，基本的湯麵分開放，連裝麵的細節有顧及到會買滷菜的客人可以當盤子用，湯頭也滿濃郁的，整體來說裡外都是老闆滿滿用心及暖心
一進去有看到他們的小孩背在身上，方便照顧，一開始可以感受他到他們對小孩用心，也沒想到延伸到對顧客的用心，喜歡也非常值得推薦
硬要說不足的地方，就我個人希望湯能多一點，太好喝了
