因為我是第一個評論所以先給4星，不然對店家來說太難看了，不然我是想給2星的
炒泡麵的料，比如紅蘿蔔、洋蔥絲、高麗菜之類的，要先确實的過油過火炒過，否則加這個料只是扣分而已
我吃到的紅蘿蔔還是半生的
整體的調味太甜，台南的很多料理是甜沒錯，但是甜的同時其他的香料味也要有，這樣才會好吃，甜的調味可以加一些胡椒之類的香料，然後勾芡不要太稠
豬排又扁又乾，如果食材本身品質不好的話不如不要硬賣

The pork chops are flat and dry. If the quality of the ingredients is not good, it is better not to sell it.
