新竹吳家鴨香飯創始於1976年，當時一位年少輕狂的小子接受了吳姓商人的提拔，經歷了150個日子不分晝夜精心調配出獨特醬汁，就這樣開始了鴨香飯的經營，創始人為了感念這位吳姓商人，於是就起名為吳家鴨香飯，商標上的（w吳u）就是因此而命名。經營理念：堅持品質、忠於原味、顧客至上

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒飯上色的很均勻，也都粒粒分明，調味偏淡主要鹹味由鴨肉而來，份量不多也不少，個人是比較喜歡鴨肉乾麵。
 The color of the fried rice is very uniform, and the grains are distinct. The light seasoning is mainly salty from the duck. The portion is not too much and not too much. Personally, I prefer duck noodles.

之前吃過的鴨肉飯都會太乾或是鴨肉無味
這間的鴨香飯有淡淡煙燻的味道配上筍子還有小黃瓜可以解膩
吃過還想再點的那種

Super delicious medium spicy duck fried rice! The salty and fragrant pot smells like Cantonese fried rice, and the chili is spicy enough like Southeast Asians like. Please keep your flavor and don't become Tainan flavor.
