★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來自貴州的特色小吃，用羊肉熬煮的湯底加上粗粉，細粉或是紅薯粉而成的小吃。細粉像米粉一樣，粗粉比較彈牙，紅薯粉比較像粉條，仍然還是有些Q感。羊肉湯頭溫和不會太油，有淡淡的肉香味，但是沒有羊騷味，可以自行加店裡面另外提供的"坐飛機來"的辣椒，讓喜歡吃辣的人增加風味。
另外有提供酸豆角口味的羊肉粉，相較於原味，比較重口味，有辣有酸，明顯的酸豆角味道有些壓制住了羊肉湯本身的鮮味。
小菜不論是豆皮或鴨珍，都有特別的香料風味，不過味道上面都偏鹹。
