雷到爆!態度非常差,我不確定是否有押金,因此電話詢問若瓦斯罐收回去是否會退押金? 結果接電話的人詢問資料後(聽起來是個上年紀的女人接的)先很不客氣的說:「你很久沒有訂了,我們這邊都有資料!」(啊我多訂妳是要幫我付錢喔!無限白眼?????) 接著說沒有押金,我再詢問:「我中間有換過瓦斯行,若收瓦斯桶回去是否有退費?」然後又開始劈哩啪啦不斷地大罵,大概是說:很久沒有叫他們家瓦斯,又換了其他家,以後不要賣給我們。 試著詢問瓦斯桶收回去的相關退費,一直不回答,不斷地跳針說「很久沒叫」、「中間換其他家」、「以後不要賣給你」,罵了4分多鐘,終於罵爽後,才說會給100-200元的退費。 電話掛了沒幾分鐘,又打來詢問我的地址,接著說:「你那區我沒印象有人叫過耶,那你要不要收回瓦斯桶?」 所以從頭到尾妳都在罵爽的?怎麼沒有零顆星可以選? 若店家一開始就理性的說:「賣你這個客人不會賺錢,我不打算賣你。」也沒有關係,但是店家從頭到尾都只是在發洩情緒,我生下來是為了給妳罵好玩的?????? 店家可以選擇客人,這沒有問題,只是消費者也可以選擇商家,看看這眾多一星評價,都是選擇妳們家之後的心得。如果上天再給我一次機會真希望沒有叫過你們家的瓦斯。?????
