今天晚上8:40小朋友突然跌倒口腔受傷,附近小兒科休診,很擔心太晚了,需要跑遠去大醫院掛急診,立馬google到這家診所,想說先打電話去確認嬰兒有沒有辦法看,櫃檯人員很細心的聽完我的說明,表示他們可以看診,到診所時大家的態度都還算不錯,進診間鄭醫師也很細心診療,護士還幫忙安撫大哭的女兒,一直到領藥出診所,整體都讓我覺得不錯,鄭醫師有詢問隔天要不要回診擦藥,我想了一下覺得有必要,護士馬上安排預約掛號,唯一美中不足是沒有無障礙入口,推車要用扛的上階梯進去,回家後先生問我一切還好嗎?我很疑惑,因為回家前已經先電話說明過狀況,包含醫囑等等,他才說診所網路評價不高,我超級訝異,因為沒有看過評論的我完全沒有想到竟然有負評,實際狀況沒有評論裡說的如此不堪,我覺得有可能是個案,建議大家先不要有先入為主的觀念。

鄭醫師人很不錯,只是比較愛唸而已,但是裡面的護士態度真的是很差勁,各個撲克臉,領藥時間真的也是蠻久的,就沒人不知到底再等什麼

爛到極點,一開始要去看診站在櫃檯,看護士在打電腦資料,站在面前,也不理會,等到說要看診,才說一句旁邊,找另外一位護士,聽到我要看診碎嘴說呵11:56還來看診,我覺得超級沒禮貌,不舒服是可以時間控制嗎,後來又有另一個戴眼鏡的護士也是一直擺臉色,醫生跟戴眼鏡的說需要照心電圖,直接走出去外面大聲講:要照心電圖,其他護士也聽到,哇,我還以為聽跨年的聲音欸,直接給我用喊的:蛤這個時間,還要照心電圖!超大聲,不誇張,醫生聽了都尷尬,拜託,沒有受過員工訓練,也要有人的基本尊重還有職業素質,急著午休,要不要試試看辭職,可以休365天哦,說真的,護士這個職業可以擺臉色加上不禮貌口無遮攔,我也想考了啦!我一直都很尊重你們,但把你們的專業拿出來之前就是你們的態度,只能說加油好嗎!不要氣餒喔,大家都是出來賺錢的人,不是只有你而已好嗎!最後祝午休愉快:)
