加生高麗菜及洋蔥既覺得味道搭不上又影響口感，
蛋餅就是餅皮+料(這個料當然不會是生菜)+蛋，
就是這麼簡單，
頭一次吃到餅皮:料:蛋:生菜的比例能夠到生菜一大坨也是很驚訝，
都不知道我是在吃蛋餅還是在吃越南春捲，
能夠讓我吃到這麼有印象的蛋餅也是不簡單，
另外附近另一間沒開了，很可惜，
這間相比之下比較貴又沒到很好吃，
可惜了、可惜了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很久沒有吃到這麼令人驚艷的蛋餅了，這也是第一次吃到「非蔬菜蛋餅」的蛋餅裡面會包滿滿的生菜（高麗菜絲和洋蔥絲），我點薯餅蛋餅➕起司，配上滿滿蔬菜真的很好吃哦！真的很超值！相見恨晚的早餐店?如果不喜歡生洋蔥的可以跟老闆娘說不要放，可以調整的唷！
