★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日去繳費，帶了好幾個50元，兩個櫃檯小姐；一開始一位要收，結果旁邊那一位櫃檯小姐就說不收那麼多50元最多200元！
原因是因為沒有數幣機（？？？）
如果不會辨別真假幣，麻煩加強員工訓練！
根本給人製造麻煩
整個傻眼，最後又跑去7-11繳費，
要不要乾脆叫銀行不要出錢幣好了！
訊號差就算，三不五時還要客戶自己打客服恢復訊號，還不一定接電話！收費收最快也算了！連基本服務都沒有，
那如果只有獨居老人的 靠小零錢生活 ，請問繳費收不收？

而且客服人員也都不接電話，就算一顆星都不要給應該也不過分
申辦前應該三思，根本就是變向的詐騙

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電視機上盒有問題，打電話給客服專員，感覺他們資料根本沒有update ，家裡機上盒有換過，但出現問題打電話去，專員卻跟我說我家裡的機上盒是原本未換過的機上盒
而且機上盒常常故障，只要故障打電話客服，他們都要我們拔掉電源線
