We are from Hsinchu, because a friend introduced us to try it out. It's really delicious, the outer crispy inner Q is distinct, the green onion fragrance melts in the mouth, and the crispy noodles are delicious.
The owner and his wife are very kind, and I recommend everyone to try it~
