L	Louis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 網路評分這麼低真的完全不意外奉勸各位千萬不要選擇這間物業公司貴公司財務疏失住戶管理費如期繳納結果被貼在電梯裡說逾期未繳打去管理室詢問管理員黃俊源先生直接嗆公告更新了沒有在看嗎殊不知是偉哉貴公司自己的疏忽小弟早就如期甚至提早繳納了管理員黃先生驍勇善戰電話中直接跟我嗆叫我拿繳費單現場碰面喬事後發現是自己公司疏忽後開始說他沒有這樣說說他只有跟我提醒公告更新然後再嗆說可以去公司投訴他卻又不敢給公司負責窗口電話昨天小子親自致電貴公司找尋負責該社區的人員總機留了電話、名字說會請承辦回電結果一整天過去無聲無息今天再度致電，總機說不知道??‍♂️ 昨天沒有人交代經詢問昨天社區窗口有到公司上班果然上樑不正下樑歪收了管理費提供這種破爛服務之前是大夜班人員會直接趴在桌上睡覺甚至直接躺在大廳沙發上睡覺住戶經過也完全沒有反應真的是很爽唉！現在找的是跟住戶嗆賭結果發現是公司的疏忽馬上變成俗辣說可以投訴他然後承辦電話不敢給明年換物業管理公司囉??
