The beef broth soup is fresh and delicious. No MSG is added. The beef fat is beautifully distributed. The meat is fresh and slippery. It melts in the mouth. It has no fishy taste. It makes people addictive. Fresh beef soup is a must-drink for Tainanese. It is only fresh in Tainan. If you come to Tainan, you can eat everywhere. There are many delicious snacks in Tainan. I am really happy in Tainan! ??

吃個簡易的便飯
店雖小間但環境乾淨
湯頭很清甜喝完不會口渴
牛肉部分油花分布均勻但不會油膩
肉的口感也很軟嫩
也許是沒踩過雷
但感覺不愧是台南的牛肉湯
隨地找的都滿好吃的
炒青菜的高麗菜蒜頭很多
如果不喜歡蒜頭味的可能吃虧
但我剛好是喜歡蒜頭味的??
如果還有來附近出差會再次光顧
When traveling in Tainan, just look for things nearby

The shop is small but the environment is clean
The soup is very sweet and clear, you won’t be thirsty after drinking
The beef part is evenly distributed but not greasy
The meat tastes very soft and tender
Maybe you haven't stepped on thunder

Everything I find everywhere is full of delicious

If you don’t like garlic, you may suffer
But I happen to like garlic ??

但是看起來大碗跟小碗沒什麼差別～還有炒青菜卻只有高麗菜量也沒很多～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chain beef soup shop at the corner beside the highway. It shares the location with the second-hand electric appliance store behind, not too difficult to park around.
The brand is famous for its fresh beef soup prepared with warm beef. The meat is thus chewier than frozen beef. It opens in the morning as early as 6:30, so one can come for the breakfast as a local deli in Tainan.
There are three sizes of bowl for different portion, and the price is moderate. It is really nice to savor the traditional cuisine in this cozy shop.
