★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 維冠大樓之前是蜜餞工廠，是不良建設房屋商人蓋的，這間是第一間，做口碑，所以有認真做建設好房屋大樓結構，第二間永大路因地震而倒，這附近新房子，又小又貴，維冠大樓在此地段算是不錯，有車位，一樓有寬廣綠地，砲校對面，未來有發展潛力。
