【開賣時間】：約早上6：10第一鍋開賣。有二個鍋同時運作。高麗菜餡，味美實在，大概早上8點左右就賣完了！第一鍋，上班日，排隊人比較多。
【價錢】：素食水煎包一個15元。
【全年無休】：除非老闆特殊公告休假。
【其他產品】：現煎蛋餅、當天現磨豆漿（有加糖或無糖）、冬天會有手工饅頭。
以上產品都是老闆自己生產的。
最特別的是老闆一邊煎蛋餅，還一邊唱老歌給顧客聽喔！
【Vegetarian Fried Buns】
[Sales time]: The first pot will be on sale at about 6:10 in the morning. There are two pots working at the same time. The cabbage fillings are delicious and they are sold out at around 8 o'clock in the morning! In the first pot, there are more people in line on working days.
[Price]: 15 yuan for a vegetarian decoction.
[Open all year round]: Unless the boss specifically announces vacation.
[Other products]: Freshly omelette, freshly ground soy milk (with or without sugar), handmade steamed buns in winter.
The above products are produced by the boss himself.
The most special thing is that the boss sings old songs to the customers while making omelets!
