因為上次是工作內容及其環境因素所以離職
因此這次填寫資料表時，避開可能讓自己不適的部份條件
結果由人事小姐面談後才知道，這些勾選條件只有人事跟看資料的主管會看到
安排工作的生管人員是看不到的
生管是看哪裡有缺隨機調整的，也就是即便錄取，還是相當可能遇到跟之前一樣的情況而留不住
我當下其實還滿傻眼的說實在的
如果不能依照面試者勾選的可接受條件下去安排工作崗位，這樣真的只是增加貴公司的人事招募成本
說句不客氣的，就只是在浪費彼此時間而已
這樣的感覺其實很不好…………
