建議修改營業時間或服務內容,營業時間寫0800-1700,11點多背著嬰兒騎了15分鐘的車到櫃檯要辦理業務,結果櫃檯小姐詢問是否要繳費,告知要辦業務表示要13點才能辦理,然後又補了一句現在是中午休息時間,重點是出門前我才打過電話詢問辦理要攜帶的證件內容,既然中午無法辦理業務只能繳費,麻煩營業時間備註寫清楚,不是每個人都是公務人員知道電力公司每項業務的服務時間!!!
