★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天中午11:52打電話去點了12杯柳橙綠要請店家外送，說大約20分，時間到了沒看到人，打電話過去詢問，店家說單有點多，我說「好沒關係，那大概要再幾分鐘」，店家回應10分鐘，過了15分鐘又不見人影，打電話確認一直打不通，直接瞎等到12:45，飲料來了也沒表態，至少也說個「不好意思剛剛有點忙」之類的可以應付客人的話吧！同樣做過餐飲業，感覺員工欠缺一些職場教育，?
