才剛進去到櫃檯準備掛號,櫃檯人員問說症狀,就被櫃檯人員以”請你去大醫院,你的狀況我們無法收”,本來要幫我寫在快篩的名單但感覺就是快到休息時間不想收人,根本都還沒掛號就被趕走,同樣的情形到別家醫院就很正常的看診,重點是林北只是感冒沒有確診啦!

櫃檯一名男性護理人員服務態度極度不友善!因親友有確診者致其他同住者匡列無法外出購買快篩劑,故需協助代為購買。當下遞了兩張健保卡,男性護理人員回應只能買一組,於是我再詢問那可以再重新排隊用另一張購買嗎?補充:身後只有一名排隊的人。該男性護理人員卻使用麥克風高分貝吶喊:就根妳說只能買一組,要留給其他人購買,妳囤那麽多也沒用,這是政府規定的??妳不要在這邊鬧,不然妳去根政府說,還揚言如果妳再鬧我就報警不然妳可以試試看! 這是ㄧ間藥局服務應有的態度嗎!?然後該名人員疑似按了櫃檯的警報器。整間診所傳出赤耳蜂鳴聲,後續一名女性護理人員出來瞭解狀況並致歉,這顆星是為感謝評給這位女性護理人員。 回家查了CDC新聞稿,家用快篩實名制的規定每身份證僅能購買一次(可代購),所以該名男性護理人員口中所講‘’政府規定‘’???如果回應說明是藥局本身的規定無法再排隊就罷了,但卻一直答非所問,人員素質真的不敢領教! 接著到另一間藥局,藥局人員親切多了,還問道有沒有要多帶健保卡代買的,並告知現場沒人排隊可再多代買。
