Oil Change : Took 3 hours!
Brake Pads Replacement : Took 2 hours!
& THEY MISSED 2 NUTS ON MY WHEEL!!
I had to stop my car on the highway due to the heavy noise from the wheel. I could have been in an accident.
WE'LL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was pretty unexpected experience as a first timer here at the shop and at Taiwan. My mechanic Maverick 景華Chiang, very pleased to have him, he’s professional and helpful to talk with. Being a mechanic myself outside of Taiwan, normally I would do the service on my own at the driveway, but since I have no tools here, so I randomly googled and visited a service shop. While the oil change, I asked Mr. Maverick to do me a small favor by air blow the intake air filter and checked the spark plugs, (me being a cheapskate)and he did it without any hesitation. The whole experience was excellent and professional both front desk ladies and the mechanic. Definitely recommend for everyone, this place feels like you’re at Autozone or Pepboys back home.
