接待超級不專業,邊接電話邊吃東西和客人說話。要求要檢測變速箱,跟我說幾個月前才做過,不需要再作。拒絕了車主的要求,這是服務廠該有的服務態度嗎?整體來說,實在是令人失望!車子也是亂洗一把!
