點外送自己忘記給醬然後叫我去拿說會補償然後去到問我餐點呢？
補償就是我原本應該拿到的醬？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 厚片牛還不錯,加麵還滿多的,但是麵炒不夠久,鐵盤太冷蛋完全不會熟,醬給太少,濃湯味道不錯不過沒啥料

價格140寧可貴一點不要做成這樣
有三個人但效率0明明店裡面沒什麼人還要等一個小時
改做別的可能生意會好一點
也不用請人了根本沒效率
明明就說一份加麵就好卻兩分都加
如果不是一定要給星真的一顆都不想給

少數人會現場點清把
外帶不是就拿了就走
餐點拿錯是顧客的錯？？？
連聲抱歉都不跟我女友說一聲
我點牛+雞飯。特製牛麵，杏鮑菇
打開餐點是高單價超大牛，魷魚，牛+雞
好心再從家裡拿回去店換餐點
結果是這樣態度
餐點吃起來也一般般
以後不會再光顧
差評超差
可以的話想給負星
差到極致

我自己也是餐飲業，除非是尖峰時刻才會讓客人等比較久，可前幾天去吃一份雞排居然讓我等了20分鐘？店內就一組已經吃完餐點的客人和一名比我晚點餐的外帶客人。爾後東西來了也沒說聲「久等抱歉」等等話語，服務態度與話術需十分加強。
額外補一個，如果貴店老闆娘的速度與態度以在我們店裡來看的話，早就回家吃自己了^_^
