點了一份虱目魚粥和鮭魚飯
虱目魚粥裡頭是基本款的油蔥和芹菜
味道挺清淡的
上面也沒有浮一層油
魚皮屬於切比較厚、長的
所以口感比較厚實
但我個人更喜歡肉更薄的口感
鮭魚飯上的鮭魚沒有想像中油油亮亮的
我認為口感更偏向肉鬆
所以口味也偏清淡
最後要說芥末！
基本上我認為魚皮湯和芥末是絕配
台南菜很多間連鎖的的芥末都稀到像射第七發一樣
所以我本來有自備芥末
但這間讓我挺意外的
他們的芥末挺合乎標準的

Ordered a milkfish porridge and salmon rice
Milkfish porridge is filled with basic shallots and celery
The taste is very mild
There's no oil slick on it
The skin of the fish is thick and long
So the taste is thicker
But I personally prefer the meat with a thinner texture
The salmon on the salmon rice is not as shiny as expected
I think the taste is more of a meat floss
So the taste is mild
Last but not least, mustard!
Basically I think fish skin soup and mustard are a perfect match
Many chained mustards in Tainan cuisine are as thin as the seventh shot.
So I had my own mustard
But this one surprised me
Their mustard is pretty standard
Nice!

It's 24 hours opened, so, a quite convenient for those who usually have meals also at late night. Hot fish soup is available.
