個人經驗：煎蛋跟青菜不錯，肉燥飯醬汁不太對，感覺醬油沒有滷過，飯再悶久點更好，蛤蜊湯調味有點過重

The boss does not speak English but if you are lucky his kids if they are around or some workers do. I would recorded the fried rice with beef and the egg pancake, and the liver soup is not bad to.
