★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工作環境極差，機台老舊常發生故障，沒有sop教學，也沒有製圖軟體可供使用，對員工極為不友善，薪水極低（老闆娘任會計仍常算錯薪資），制度並未按照勞基法走，經過申訴及協調均未得到有效的幫助，不知道是老闆心臟太大顆還是無知，外勞工時都超過12小時，跟勞工局反應都沒下文，另外福利制度非常差有時沒三節獎金或是只發刮刮樂取代，年終也是看老闆心情給，只說覺得表現不好，連半個月年獎都沒有(￣∇￣)，若是求職者請慎選~
 The working environment is extremely poor, the machine is old and often fails, there is no sop teaching, and there is no drawing software available for use. It is extremely unfriendly to employees and the salary is very low (the boss’s accountant still often calculates the wrong salary). After the law is gone, no effective help has been obtained through complaints and coordination. I don’t know if the boss’s heart is too big or ignorant. The foreign workers have more than 12 hours, and they have no response to the Labor Bureau. In addition, the welfare system is very poor. Three quarters of bonuses may be replaced by only scratching music. At the end of the year, it is also the boss’s mood. I only say that I feel that my performance is not good.
