★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 試過許多方式.都沒辦法持續維持.奚老師的課程皆為非侵入性.可明確感受到體重數字的下降.而且肌膚彈性跟整體比例會再課程過程中一併控制.瘦下來依舊有好看的線條.去年11月至今已減去8公斤了喔！最大的成就感就是穿上之前的牛仔褲.竟然可以拉出一大截布.這些肉肉都已經被老師收服了喔！開心?
聽老師的話.慢慢來.欲速則不達！???

很難相信可以三餐正常飲食搭配課程可以瘦,
而且老師的雕塑經驗和專業技術真的很厲害,
剛開始瘦一公斤的時候就很多朋友發現問我是不是變瘦了!
課程進行中老師也會提供一些食療的觀念, 一般食物的選擇即可,
主要就是吃得營養, 還好透過朋友介紹有認識明攸, 沒花冤枉錢。
