態度不知道是跩三小
房間那麼小根本沒有7.5坪那麼大
根一般租屋業者態度差很多

但缺點實在太多 要早起的上班族住這裡真的不建議，因為住客素質差 ，關門聲音都在比大聲，晚上睡覺被嚇醒好幾次，反應管理員也沒用
樓下隨時有人不戴口罩抽煙
或是在陽台抽煙，然後煙味全都飄進別人房間
說不能養寵物還是有人偷養 原來狗不是寵物喔 六樓有人養狗 管理人也是有看到啦 但都當沒看到
機車上被放了好幾次沒喝完的飲料，腳踏板被丟垃圾
這裡住客素質真的好棒棒
