要不是留評價需要,我連一顆星都不想給^^ 去年度晚間陪媽媽去「回診」,媽媽病情就不多作闡述 因為是「回診」有預約看診時間,當天提早到坐在外面椅子上 並且因認為有預約,就把自己的位子讓給「尚未預約的一位小姐」 於是到了診所開門時間第一時間詢問護理人員,有預約是否需要拿取號碼牌 護理人員告知我「若是拿號碼牌會比預約快」於是乎我就拿了號碼牌 等著等著看到方才讓位未預約小姐已經都看診完畢,卻遲遲沒有輪到我們 說到這邊說明一下,我們看診時間已經過一個小時了唷~~~^^ 於是我上前再次去櫃檯詢問櫃台護理人員,他們非常不友善並且態度相當惡劣的跟我說明 「他們並非牙科診所,所以不是預約幾點就保證幾點就能看到?會以有預約的人為主」 我反問那為什麼方才還未到預約時間護理人員和已經超過預約時間時說詞有出入? 結果護理人員不知道在鬼打牆什麼一直告訴我他們並非牙醫診所,連我詢問為何方才尚未預約(在我們前面一位小姐)沒有預約卻早早看診完畢走人了? 護理人員還自己搞讀清楚狀況告訴強詞奪理的告訴我「哪一個小姐??他有預約吧?????」 我在外面親自與小姐聊天,難道我自己編一個謊言要找吵架嗎? 還有到底牙醫診所如何預約什麼制度到底與我何干? 護理人員很辛苦,是人盡皆知的事情 但請不要把所有提出疑問的人當無知者或者奧客的好嗎? 一堆護士聚集在那邊聊天就算了,當病患有疑問的時候一問三不知 還自以為別人腦袋很混濁的輪流講給我聽???也不知道在講什麼沒重點的東西,旁邊有一位穿白袍且身材豐腴有年紀的小姐(短髮捲髮黑髮),還在護理人員在講解的時候不斷的在旁邊嘆氣搖頭,我實在搞不懂是我太無知還是你們態度傲慢? 「需要等待」這件事情並沒有錯,但是一點「基本尊重」及「專業素養」都沒有到底要怎麼辦呢?^^ 還好意思一直打電話要人回診,先檢討一下自己再打電話好嗎 到底這種傲慢的診所誰還會想要再去呢^^

我們最後放棄了沒有看,很令人難過的一次經歷!但卻在等候位上看盡了這間診所很大的問題,我們沒有預約,是朋友介紹臨時前來,固然知道需要等預約的人看完再看,小姐是有告知(而且還不友善得補了一句:中間也會有人插進來),但真的沒想到要等到ㄧ個小時而完全沒有被關心或提醒,好像我們求醫若渴,就該自生自滅!要求診,就是一件很卑微的一件事?!在我們還沒感受人將到要等候很久的茫然過程中,我們也聽到其他不耐等候的病患前去詢問還要多久?可以退費不看嗎?聽到小姐尖銳又大聲回答方式,真的很為貴院傷心,難道要讓小姐知道應該成為有文化的人員有那麼難嗎?小姐很大聲問想退費的阿嬤:哩沙ㄇㄟㄇㄧㄚˊ?! 所有大聲到好像問戰犯。對話都很像早期民國六十多年代公車車掌小姐大聲叫乘客擠進去一點那種音量,語氣也極差,又刺耳,直到我們受不了時間真的太久,才前往櫃檯要求退費。詢問可否取消又是等了15分鐘,惡劣到極點!才結束整個超不舒服的過程! 很可惜!當我們對櫃檯抱怨小姐態度惡劣時,旁邊竟有一位ㄚ伯斥責我們:醫好就好了啊!幹嘛要求態度?! 然後一位櫃檯的女士就得意的聳聳肩~。 天阿!頭好痛!原來連病患都甘心被錯待,如果病患大多助長惡質又不該承受的服務品質,小姐就會繼續這樣,真的很不解病患們對這班第一線人員的服貼!是習慣?還是從未體驗過正常的就醫經驗??真的是不可思議!
