I lived in the university for a year and the $ is reasonable. The road is small but has everything you need (balconies, indoor parking spaces, independent bathroom facilities, etc.). There are also single rooms for double rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境乾淨，每天或每週都會有打掃阿姨固定來打掃，公共區域整潔，櫃檯小姐人也很好，房間有問題只要報修，基本上隔天就會來修，並且無需負擔任何費用。小缺點是隔音稍差，很看鄰居素質，以及網速挺慢的，但也可自己貼錢升級。
The environment is clean. There will be a cleaning lady who will clean it every day or every week. The public areas are tidy and the staff at the counter are also very nice. If there is a problem with the room, it will be repaired basically the next day without any cost. The small disadvantage is that the sound insulation is slightly worse, it depends on the quality of the neighbors, and the Internet speed is quite slow, but you can also post money to upgrade.

電費似乎是收最高 電梯上下樓都要收費而且不便宜 房租相比其他地方算高價
隔音也差 唯一說的上優點的就房間設備算新吧 想租這裡的請三思

The electricity bill seems to be the highest. The elevator is charged up and down and it is not cheap. The rent is high compared to other places.
The soundproofing is also poor. The only advantage is that the room equipment is new. If you want to rent here, please think twice.

騎車停在一樓，不怕颱風或下大雨
後面有自動販賣機～離7-11也很近
