★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is the worst place to live at. Leakage everywhere, smelly drainage, hot water always broken, and reception does nothing about. Nats, flies, and wasps coming out if the sinks as well. The maintenance do nothing about all these issues, and all what we hear back is that they are working on it. do not live there, even for free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good place to live. Thing break all of the time and the maintenance crew doesn't do anything about it. The company I work also claims the housing provided is company property when it benefits the company but claims they have no relation to it when we need issues such as hot water, leaking pipes, and sewage smell in our rooms. The sewage smell has been a problem for the past 7 months and still nothing has been done about it.
