第一次去台南三井!挑選很久最後進去了鶴樓… 外觀看起來是色香味俱全,樣品看起來就很可口,菜單設計也非常不錯,圖文並茂,配料都有註明方便挑選! 今天享用了招牌月見(應該是沒特別記)、泡菜炒麵、綜合鐵板三樣餐點 月見….馬上來的時候!恩!就是看到蝦子、豬肉、花枝!與圖片相符。再來就是滿滿的高麗菜而已~以上餐點材料 經過店員一番攪拌後,就開始料理! 煎著人員就來翻面、旋轉均勻受熱烹調 是蠻親切的服務,但最後那面焦掉了…人員也沒有多表示什麼,就這樣吧!相信專業服務能展現食材的美味。 可是最後吃起來真的很「普通」的高麗菜煎餅!與$380定價服務缺口非常大! 綜合鹽味自助煎拼盤 吃原味的都會點這些~豬肉、花枝!新鮮好吃可以知道原味與鮮甜味~ 蝦仁?真的不敢恭維,硼砂蝦仁! 缺少蝦子本身鮮甜味與脆口度,滿滿化學添加物的味道,真的很沒有$280的價值,市場草蝦一斤也才250。 過程很多家長帶著小朋友近來餐廳,真的替小朋友身體感到擔心~ 泡菜炒麵,真的很無感!一份也是$320的價位 整體而言服務人員服務親切 餐點上來說,真的與價位導致滿滿的服務缺口。

20220407電視上日本美食常介紹,就想來試試,但菜單上的炒麵系讓我以為是電視上的有加炒麵的大板燒,結果就是一個炒麵,份量真的少了一些,卻比大板燒貴,一份炒麵三百多,是我吃過最貴份量最少的炒麵,反而豬肉大板燒二百多,怪我不懂菜單,唉!

幫補血⋯ 臺南三井餐廳算是蠻多的,但是還是無法消化用餐時間的人潮,基本上尖峰時刻很多店家都是要等一個小時以上,尤其大阪燒這類需要時間烹煮,更是如此。 回歸到食物本身,大阪燒跟炒麵口味算是蠻倒地的,真的有回到日本的感覺!摩登燒脆口,美乃滋偏酸(有點像是優格),不會太膩;鐵板和牛也好吃,分量不多但還是推薦。 整體用餐價格偏中高,但還是有偶爾的回頭率。(前提是不用排隊)

The overall dining price is on the mid-high, but there is still an occasional return rate. (provided you don't have to queue)

餐點味道很好,醬汁跟口感都挺不錯的,價格中上,現場人多時需要稍侯一陣子,如果比較餓的話,會建議除了點大阪燒還再加上其他的東西,不然大阪燒的時間還蠻久的,他在你面前煎的吱吱作響,但是因為裡面還沒熟所以還不能吃有點煎熬?

疫情的假日看到不用排隊就進去吃了,好久沒出國,有種懷念的感覺!服務員會來幫忙翻煎鐵板燒,也會注意鐵板熱度,等大阪燒好的時間會有點久,還好有另外加點綜合海鮮、邊烤邊吃等大阪燒很剛好,尤其那個章魚腳超好吃的!烤久一點還有一種來到海邊的焦香味~

台南一直找不到道地的大阪燒 看了評論本來有點擔心 但還是決定試試看 沒有點套餐是因為另外點海鮮兩個人怕吃不完,不過海鮮的花枝和蝦子很一般,倒是豬五花跟花枝腳意外的好吃。大阪燒/炒麵也都好吃,對我來說是可以再訪的點。 唯一要注意的是因為是人員桌邊服務所以速度快不了這個自己要評估。

⏰20220314來訪 ?食話實說: 真的要為這家平反一下 一開始評論差真的是因為剛開幕 人手倒不是不足 因為是採桌邊服務 所以真的需要耐心等候 開幕約莫三四週去 就沒那麼多人 如果從製作大阪燒到完成用餐 大概20-30分跑不掉 不過也很享受看人製作的樂趣 可能因為鐵板就在前面 所以冷氣明顯不冷 加上附上的只是一般的冰開水 就覺得沒有太吸引我回訪的意願 大阪燒偏鹹 但很好吃 份量一個人剛剛好 兩個人可能不夠吃 價位偏小貴 嘗試吃看看無妨
