★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 如果醫生覺得病人不需要任何院前的處置，只需要交通工具幫轉診大醫院的話，請不要打電話請求119救護車協助。救護人員在現場評估病人就是希望能找出原因給適當的處置，診所不主動交接病情也沒有任何工作人員告訴救護人員病人狀況或問題，當救護人員在幫病人評估、量測生命徵象時，還催促救護人員儘快離開送醫，我個人是不懂醫生是擔心病人安危還是覺得看不慣診所內的EMT。
If the doctor feels that the patient does not need any pre-hospital treatment, but only needs transportation to help refer to a major hospital, please do not call the 119 ambulance for assistance. The ambulance staff assess the patient on the spot in order to find out the cause for proper treatment. The clinic does not take the initiative to hand over the condition and no staff tells the ambulance staff about the patient’s condition or problem. I am urging the ambulance staff to leave for medical treatment as soon as possible. I personally do not understand whether the doctor is worried about the safety of the patient or feels uncomfortable with the EMT in the clinic.
