肉可以肥或瘦多一點。我都選肥多一點，肉很軟爛，吃完原味可以再加一點店內的辣椒醬（很辣唷！不要一次加太多）
Controlled pork rice ➕ bamboo shoots soup (or bamboo shoots and cabbage soup).
The meat can be a little fatter or leaner. I always choose a little more fat, the meat is very soft and rotten. After eating the original flavor, you can add a little chili sauce from the store (it's very spicy! Don't add too much at one time)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 控肉飯是甜的…覺得心靈得到救贖(*´ω｀*)筍絲跟我想像中的不一樣，控肉瘦的部分比較多有點可惜@@（個人喜吃肥）白菜很有味道??附ㄉ滷豆腐蠻軟嫩的~綜合湯裡的魚肉是有煎過的，蚵仔也算蠻大顆飽滿！
