那天買的時候是已經炸好，也切好的，雖然速度快，但其實我比較願意等剛出爐的啦
味道還不錯，豆乳醃漬的有入味，個人吃到最後會想加點辣粉，但是拿到這份炸的有點過頭，骨頭部分有點焦黑；外皮稍被濕氣影響，但還保留點脆度

When I bought it that day, it was already fried and sliced. Although the speed is fast, I actually prefer to wait for it to come out of the oven.
The taste is not bad. The soymilk marinade is delicious. I would like to add some spicy powder at the end of the meal, but it was a little too fried, and the bones were a little blackened; the outer skin was slightly affected by moisture, but still retained a little crispness.
