★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我點的豬油拌飯上的半熟蛋，翻到蛋的背面才發現他在放進碗裡前已經破了…豬油拌飯吃起來飯過軟爛，覺得不太有豬油香，上面的青菜也影響了想吃到豬油香的味道。滷味淋醬油、香油再灑上蔥花跟蒜末簡單好吃，燙青菜淋肉臊跟蒜末味道還可以，不過覺得份量較少，魚皮湯四片虱目魚皮加上兩顆魚丸，湯喝起來的甜有點不自然不是魚肉或魚骨煮出來的鮮甜，虱目魚皮稍薄

The milkfish skin is slightly thinner.
