口味來說都偏鹹，但味道都很到位，用料也不馬虎，麻婆豆腐很可惜沒花椒味，椒鹽排骨跟糖醋魚炸的火候拿捏的很好，糖醋魚的醬酸度有夠但也偏甜，炒飯相較於熱炒口味較清淡，也不會過於油膩。
