★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滷味擺盤漂亮，切工不錯，很有美學概念。擺起來視覺上變得很大盤，其實份量點得不多，滷蛋+豆干+海帶+什麼碗糕肉的。
價位很貴，滷味已經是外面一個雞腿便當的錢，建議大家一定要問清楚價位，千萬不要點肉類，否則後果不堪設想，那個迷你尺寸的肉，在外面就可以買一個便當，不蓋你。
麵的份量也很少，絕對吃不飽

精湛刀工加上豐富擺盤，使滷味色香味具~爽
蛋花湯裡居然有菜頭，這倒是頭一次喝到的味道~好喝...

餛飩肉餡扎實不會與皮分離。
罕見的白豆干，
很喜歡店家刀工切出的精緻魯菜，
密密綿綿可以藏著很多魯汁。
如果覺得味道不夠，
加點醬油風味更濃郁。
喜歡細緻滷味的朋友非常推薦。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 滷味切得很細，味道也非常好！滷菜也不會有漂白水或是很重的素味。配上店家的自製辣椒，很夠味。擺盤看起來超級美味！
餛飩湯麵的湯頭很清甜，餛飩本身也很好吃。
The lo mein is finely chopped and the taste is very good! The sauerkraut also doesn't have bleach or a strong vegetarian flavor. Paired with the store's homemade chili, it is delicious. The platter looks super delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在外地工作，無意間找到這間麵店，進而吃到非常好吃又細心切小菜。真的排隊也值得一吃的麵店！
尤其加上特製辣油跟豆瓣醬更是一絕又對味！讓人吃過絕不忘記箇中滋味。
I was working out of town and found this noodle shop by accident, and then I ate very delicious and carefully cut side dishes. It's a noodle shop that is really worth eating in a queue!
Especially with the special chili oil and bean paste, it is absolutely delicious! People who have eaten it will never forget the taste of the rice cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老蔡外省麵，說實話不只麵好吃，最重要的是滷味，老闆他的刀工，根本就是一件美術品，因此大家可以發現來吃麵的人都叫一堆滷味。視覺＋美味＝好吃到不行。所以你可以發現每天只開中午～因為真的好吃，因此每天大概13:00多就賣完了。11:00開店就一堆人等吃麵。東西都好吃～大推喔～
To tell the truth, Lao Cai’s noodles are not only delicious, but the most important thing is lo-mei. The boss and his knife skills are basically a piece of art, so everyone can find that people who come to eat noodles are called a bunch of lo-mei. Visual + delicious = too delicious. So you can find that it is only open at noon every day ~ because it is really delicious, so it is sold out at about 13:00 every day. When the shop opened at 11:00, a bunch of people were waiting to eat noodles. Everything is delicious~ a big push~
