★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一、2月10日約10時許在有預約的情況下將車子開去做保養,約下午17時許去取車卻發現車子完全未動過,接待小姐解釋因為年後車子多所以忙不過來,請我2月11日10時準時再過來一趟,2月11日9時許再度將車子開入廠,12時許接獲LINE通知可以去取車,前往取車時師傅說還沒完全做好,請我15時左右再前來取車。
二、前次來保養時接待小姐告知我的車變速箱油一定要回原廠換,經此次保養時詢問技師及另一位接待小姐又說可以在廠裡更換,前後說法不一,且來廠裡保養也四次了,該位接待小姐口氣態度不佳。
三、維修技師薛師傅解說的很詳細,態度令人讚賞。
以上是我的經驗,建議貴公司加強接待小姐的訓練,畢竟是跟客戶接觸的第一線,也是貴公司的門面。
