Save your money and DON'T BUY EMINENT luggage. I wasted nearly US$300 on a suitcase that started showing signs of falling apart after 3 months use and before it was even 6 months old it was totally unusable. TL:DR at the bottom if you can't be bothered reading the details. I originally bought a Eminent suitcase because I read a review about their strength and durability. Obviously that was a lie. The plastic on the bottom of mine started warping after just a few months use, even though I never had more than 25kg worth of luggage inside. I knew this was happening because the wheels would rub on the bottom of the plastic base as it was wheeled around, and it would make a rubbing noise. This wasn't affecting the functionality of the suitcase at the time however, so I continued to use it. Within a few month however the plastic was cracked and the wheels no longer spun as they would get stuck in the crack. All of this happened in under 6 months. I went back to the store where I originally purchased the suitcase and they told me to talk to the people at the repair centre. I expected this because they gave me a card with the repair centre's details on it when I first purchased it. Maybe they get a lot of returns and knew that I'd likely need repair on mine. I tried to call the repair centre but they never answer their phone. I sent WhatsApp messages as well which were seen but completely ignored. Eventually I took my suitcase in to the Eminent store at ICC for them to look at. I was swiftly told to take it up with the repair centre who never answer their calls and that they couldn't help me. I tried again a few times to call and message the "repair centre" but they didn't reply. So I jumped online to contact the head office in Taiwan. Emails were not replied to so after waiting a few days I called. I eventually got hold of someone who spoke English and seemed like she wanted to help. Her name was Candice. Candice spoke with the shop in Hong Kong and got them to write back to my WhatsApp messages, but all they said once I described the problem to them was that the suitcase was not repairable and it must have been caused by rough baggage handlers. I know for a fact this isn't true, because I noticed the base of the suitcase warping and cracking over time. This was ONLY due to poor design and cheap quality support. I guess strength is something you sacrifice when you want a lighter suitcase, but in this instance Eminent went too far. After speaking with Candice several more times and her getting the "service centre" to WhatsApp me several more times that it wasn't their problem and I should claim with the airlines, she put me through to a guy at head office called Kevin. Kevin asked me to send him photos which I did, and then reiterated the same lines used by the service centre staff saying it was the airline's fault and they wouldn't compensate me. I explained my store in full to Kevin, about how I KNEW 100% that it wasn't done by luggage handlers, but he just kept saying the same thing. Then he just stopped responding to my emails. At this point I was just sick of being given the runaround so I gave up, but here I am to tell you not to make the same mistake I did. Eminent has the absolute WORST customer service I've ever had to deal with. They wasted my time telling me to contact people who never answer their phones, reply to messages or even try to help. They are rude and they don't accept responsibility for their poorly made products. "Nobody else has ever has a problem like this before" is not an acceptable excuse for an expensive suitcase falling apart after 3 month use. TL:DR - Eminent Luggage is cheap, poorly designed and poorly made rubbish. Unless you want all of your luggage spilling all over the floor at the baggage carousel after the wheels fall off and the casing splits open, steer clear of this brand.

Nice place to visit with family. Just spend 50NT for parking and you can enjoy the store with all the interactive activities inside. Really recommended if you want to buy luggage.
