前兩天看到google標明「老張麵店」，今天詢問老闆，老闆說老張是創始人，但網路怎麼寫店名他都ok。但阿娥已經經營二三十年了，因此應該正名「阿娥麵店」才對。
沙茶是自製的，口味獨特，全世界應該只有這家有此味道，朋友有來新化我必推乾麵，吃過的人都說是會懷念的味道。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老張是外省人，在我國中時就已經在賣，讀新化國中沒吃過老張煮的麵很少。真的好吃，2個女人跟老張學，一個沒做，一個叫阿娥做的有聲有色 ，只是陽春麵就賺翻，雖然跟當時老張煮的有差那麼一點點，但是還可以，生意也超級好。
