台灣全土にチェーン展開している豆花店の台南・新化店 腹拵えに豬肉咖喱飯(ポークカレー)と豆花を頂いた。豆花が美味しいのは言うまでもないが、咖喱も豚の角煮と野菜がゴロゴロで中華スープがベースで日式カレーとはちょっと違うがこれはこれで悪くなかった。日本では今はタピオカブームだが、豆花ももっと注目されてもいいと思う。ていうかタピオカよりも豆花の方が絶対にうまい。 食後もこのお店の前にしばらくバイクを止めさせてもらって新化老街を散策したので星5つ付けたというのは内緒だ。

It was a secret that I had 5 stars after taking a stroll around Shinka Old Street after a meal before stopping in front of this store.

豆花綿密、糖水香濃,老闆說糖水是遵循古法熬煮,每回新化都會繞過去店家那碰運氣,因為大部份都是星期六回新化,老闆星期六有時候有開哦!
The bean curd is dense and the sugar water is fragrant. The owner said that the sugar water is cooked according to the old method. Every time Xinhua will go to the store to try his luck, because most of them are back to Xinhua on Saturdays, and the boss sometimes opens them on Saturdays!
