一鴨兩吃我最愛的就是片肉+鹽酥，烤鴨皮脆多汁，沾點薄薄的甜麵醬就美滋滋的；鹽酥火候夠炒得香酥又不柴，不管是配茶配酒都好適合！
烤雞呢也不遑多讓，皮薄又脆，雞肉烤得恰恰好，灑點胡椒鹽一隻雞馬上就被搶光了！！
