湯頭是連鎖薑母鴨完全不能比的，沒有過多麻油味、中藥味，是很純粹的鴨骨跟薑，喝很多湯也不會口乾舌燥，建議選擇有加米酒的湯頭，喝起來會加倍清甜！麵線跟鴨肉丸也是必點喔！
