如果真的無法接電話自取訂單應該事先告知，而不是接單後要到現場取餐才告知要現場排隊^_^，那就失去先打電話的意義，且已經連續兩次都這樣了。
（到現場才說電話有告知要來現場排隊比較快，但電話中根本沒告知）
希望店家這點能夠改善，這樣整體的用餐品質才會提升(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)

If you really can't answer the phone to pick up the order, you should inform in advance, instead of being told to queue up on the spot after taking the order, it will lose the meaning of calling first, and it has been like this twice in a row.
(It was only when I arrived at the scene that I said that the phone told me to come to the scene to queue up faster, but I didn’t tell you on the phone at all)

嗯…就一般的便當店，服務態度不太好不是因為忙，是就算沒人也不好，不知道兇幾點，我沒欠你們錢耶… 但就是便當店，無法要求什麼。其他地方改不了的話我真心建議，阿姨們可以看到男生叫帥哥，女生叫美女，學一下早餐店，客人搞不好會多很多。
