水餃好吃，還讓我兩種口味都混搭，酸辣湯也不錯，下次想買生水餃回家煮，就不用跑那麼遠才能吃到了。

牛肉麵的湯頭跟肉的處理蠻特別的，高麗菜水餃普通。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連假的午後2：30居然還得排隊，衝著排隊硬要吃看看，以往完全不知有這家呀，虧我還算常來新化，真是孤陋寡聞。
乾意麵可以，味道調得不錯，1、肉燥都是瘦肉，但量有些少。
2、小黃瓜有些辣要留意。
3、招牌韭菜餃只能說是不難吃而已。
4、皮蛋豆腐正常。
5、夏天筍湯內有一塊排骨，值得點一碗。
結論：如果不用排隊也沒其他想法時我會再去消費。
