★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然點大辣，不過老闆娘用了不少花椒在提升辣的香氣跟層次，所以辣度是滿舒服的，豬皮可能因為冷藏時間的關係口感有點偏乾，蔬菜或許有包裝所以受到冷藏的影響沒有這麼明顯，整體來說算好吃，好的湯頭加適當的辣度很容易讓人滿足!
回訪時，老闆娘可能覺得我沒有點主食怕我餓，多加了菜頭，真有人情味?

Pork skin may be a bit dry because of the refrigerating time. It's not so obvious, it's delicious on the whole, good soup with proper spicyness is easy to satisfy!
During the return visit, the lady may think that I did n’t order any staple food and I was afraid of being hungry.
