西元1967年1月25日由曾松源、曾文隆昆仲，憑著年青人的衝勁與毅力，赤手空拳白手起家，創立了億達工程有限公司。秉著勤儉努力的理念，專注承攬工程「安全第一、品質嚴控、工期確實、造價合理」的誠信原則，創業初期主要在承包紡織業廠房，奠定公司的營造基礎規模，後漸往飼料業廠房之工程興建承包，新復興、宏和紡織、卜蜂、大成及統一企業飼料廠等全省地區散裝圓桶倉庫，更優先採用自動滑模工程，一步一腳印的紮實建立公司的卓越信譽與品質優良的口碑。
