整體來說算是與其他台南臭豆腐相比,算是少數偏北部口味(口感偏軟,很像油豆腐)。 跟老闆聊一下臭豆腐的來源是一位外省老兵(近90歲)批來賣,味道真是很臭,是那種吃完一陣子,別人還猜得到你吃臭豆腐的臭。愛臭的朋友可以體驗… 泡菜是老闆自己醃製,但剛好不對我的味,沒啥味道,但份量真的很多,當然我懷疑我的味覺已經被臭味影響。 價格部分8小塊才35元(小份),因泡菜已經有飽足感… 2017/10/28

The kimchi was marinated by the boss himself, but it did n’t taste right to me, it did n’t taste much, but the portion was really a lot. Of course I suspect that my taste has been affected by the smell. The price part is 8 yuan for only 35 yuan (small portion), because the kimchi is already full ... 2017/10/28

豆腐較軟嫩,可以請老闆炸酥一點。泡菜份量很多有很重的梅子味挺開胃的,不確定是不是紫蘇梅醃的,喜歡吃梅子的話這泡菜應該會很對味。整體而言,價格便宜份量實在,當點心吃不錯
Tofu is soft and tender, you can ask the boss to fry it a bit. Many kimchi portions have a heavy plum flavor which is quite appetizing. I am not sure if it is pickled with perilla. If you like to eat plums, this kimchi should have the right taste. Overall, the price is cheap and the portion is really good.

不知道是不是有改過製作方式,怎麼跟其他人評論的不同? 泡菜味道醃漬太久,已產生酒味;醬油是醬油膏有點想仿中北部的臭豆腐(中間挖個洞灌醬的那種),但仿的不像;唯獨豆腐炸的還可以,至少裡面沒有柴掉。
I don’t know if the production method has been changed. How is it different from other people’s comments? The taste of kimchi has been pickled for too long, and it has produced a wine taste; the soy sauce is soy sauce cream which is a bit like imitating the stinky tofu (the kind that digs a hole in the middle to fill the sauce), but it does not resemble it; only the fried tofu is ok, at least There is no firewood inside.
